Patrol table for a superhero campaign

if I put this in without any edits, it would be useless, so here's a more generic (read: watered down) version of the dumb table I made in 2 seconds. If anybody wants to see the more setting-specific version, plop a comment here and I'll post it.


PERPETRATOR
1. screw the perpetrator, there are some WEIRD HAPPENINGS! (i.e. whatever the GM damn well wants)
2. Drug Dealer
3. Main plot thing
4. Strange Peoples
5. gang member(minor gang, college kids)
6. gang member(major gang; yakuza, mafia, etc.)
7. A friend of a PC(not major to the plot)
8. A random pseudoknown npc
9. A masked villain (minor)
10. Hey, it's that guy!

CRIME
1. Mugging
2. Drug Deal gone wrong
3. Harrassment
4. Assault, 1d6-on-1
    1. hate
    2. where's my money?
    3. fuck you
    4. don't fuck with me
5. Robbery
6. Burglary:
    1. indistinct house
    2. house of someone you know
    3. bank
    4. art gallery
    5. fancy house
    6. run-down house
7. Not a crime, they're just there being weird:
    1. walking somewhere with [person]
    2. hanging out with 1d4[peoples]
    3. playing basketball with 1d12[peoples]
    4. Walking home, drunk, with 1d4[peoples]
8.Vandalism:
    1. grafitti
    2. breaking shit
    3. breaking shit off of a car; hubcaps, license plates, etc.
    4. grafitti-ing on a vehicle
9.Car Theft:
    1. stealing stuff out of it
    2. stealing it
    3. bike theft
    4. someone is in the car!
    5. hotwiring it, claims it's their car. is actually just stealing it.
    6. hotwiring it, claims it's their car. it's actually their car.
    7. sabotaging the car
    8. putting something mysterious in the trunk
10. Roll again, all you see is the aftermath of the rerolled crime.
11. Main plot thing
12. Stalking somebody
